Orientation Week

The first week of each semester is "Student Orientation Week" and further details of this and the activities available will be released to students after confirmed course enrolment.

Orientation programs include information on EIT policies and expectations, the operation of the learning infrastructure, welcomes the students to the course and responds to any questions the students might have.

EIT also hold regular open days at our Perth campus for prospective students to visit the campus and meet our student support staff, lecturers and student ambassadors, and ask any questions you may have. Details of these open days will be published on our website and our social media platforms. You can join our Facebook pages to keep up-to-date with all events happening at EIT.

 

The Engineering Institute of Technology is visiting Colombo this October!

Dr Steve Mackay, EIT's Dean of Engineering, will be presenting a seminar on hot trends in engineering, job prospects and studying with EIT in Australia.

Steve Mackay PhD has over 40 years of industry experience in Australia, Europe, Africa and North America and has delivered training and education to 18,000 engineers and technicians throughout the world over his career. This is an outstanding opportunity to be informed of emerging opportunities and developments in engineering from a world respected industry leader.

He will then speak about EIT's engineering degrees. We offer four Bachelor of Science degrees and four Master of Engineering degrees on campus in the following disciplines: industrial automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and civil and structural engineering.

Our on-campus programs are presented in a blended learning format, which utilizes many of the technologies employed in our online delivery mode.
